Medical Director Opportunity

The Medical Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the medical strategy and direction of our organization at the country level.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate medical care and quality of treatments across multiple dialysis centers. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned physician with a strong background in nephrology and proven leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive medical policies and procedures that ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support corporate strategic medical projects and drive business growth.

  • Lead quality management initiatives and monitor clinical service non-conformities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

  • Facilitate medical meetings, training sessions, and education programs to enhance knowledge sharing and collaboration among healthcare professionals.

  • Maintain close relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the nephrology field to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain accurate records of medical performance, quality metrics, and other relevant data.

Requirements:

  • MD or equivalent degree in medicine; preferably with specialization in nephrology.

  • At least 10 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

  • Good understanding of local healthcare regulations and industry trends, particularly in nephrology.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including clinicians, patients, and administrative staff.

  • Fluency in English is essential.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.

  • Ability to travel across the country, as required.
