Lease Management and Debt Collection Expert

The ideal candidate will focus on lease management and debt collection, reporting to the Head of Controlling Leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease contract analysis and issuing invoices
  • Service charge reconciliation and cost reinvoicing
  • Maintaining open communication with tenants regarding invoice-related issues
  • Allocating costs according to company guidelines

Reporting & Monitoring Processes

  • Preparing various management reports

Accounts Receivable

  • Ensuring timely tracking of issued and collected invoices to tenants

Debt Recovery

  • Engaging with clients having outstanding invoices for the purpose of collecting due amounts
  • Issuing payment demands and notices

Experience drives seniority—determined by handled work volume and number of parks or tenants managed.
