Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing projects, ensuring delivery of maximum value addition to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure goods and services, obtain quotations, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts consistent with client requirements.
  • Manage RFP/RFX/RFQ processes via formal ERP/procedure tools based sourcing.
  • Understand and apply e-Auction concepts.
  • Manage upstream and downstream sourcing processes, including S2P and P2P processes.
  • Proactive engagement with operational teams to review pipeline and track savings opportunities.
  • Work closely with category managers and business units to establish and deliver procurement requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa (preference) / Ariba or similar systems for procurement/CRM tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Lean philosophy/project management skills desirable.
  • Sourcing/project management certification/course advantageous.
