Strategic Employer Branding Specialist

Our team is seeking a Strategic Employer Branding Specialist to oversee all aspects of our Employer Branding (EB) strategies, policies, procedures, and tactical plans.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate EB related matters implementation across legal entities, ensuring effective staffing and management of the coordinated EB team.
- Develop business plans and implement tools and infrastructure for the EB function, supporting education and training on EB topics.
- Collaborate with global HR coordinators to secure implementation of EB-related tactical HR plans.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective EB strategic and tactical plans, utilizing your expertise in Social Media and project management skills to drive success.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an EB professional in at least two organizations.
- Proven records of EB projects, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people of different cultures and levels of seniority.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables and tight timelines, as well as advance skills in using Social Media platforms.
