Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing projects and ensuring delivery of maximum value addition to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure goods and services, obtain quotations, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts of low to moderate value/risk consistent with client requirements.
• Manage proactive engagements activity for operational planned spend opportunities within defined operational spend levels.
• Support wider category management, including raising purchase orders, quotation analysis, and recommendations.
• Negotiate with suppliers on commercial and non-commercial clauses as per guidance.
• Obtain approval from the Client Category Manager on finalized projects.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding and experience in RFP/RFX/RFQ processes managed via formal ERP/procurement tool-based sourcing.
• Excellent knowledge of e-Auction processes.
• Good understanding of upstream and downstream sourcing processes, including S2P and P2P processes.
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external customers/stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving ability using rationale and wisdom.
• Great enthusiasm and positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to a globalized work culture and environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
