We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team at Rominserv in Bucharest and Navodari.

Your new role will involve coordinating the project team, scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing, and managing technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, coordinate, schedule and monitor projects from initial conception to final completion
  • Interact with clients, interpret their needs and requirements, and represent them in the field
  • Coordinate the project team, review engineering tasks, and initiate corrective actions
  • Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, and personnel performance, and report on project status
  • Cooperate and communicate with the project manager and other project participants, collaborating with senior engineers to create efficient project methods and maintain profitability

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields
  • 4+ years of experience in coordinating engineering project teams
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams in the Oil & Gas Industry
  • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software
  • Good understanding of Oil & Gas Industry projects
  • Able to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices
