We are seeking a skilled HVAC and Plumbing Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the design and development of HVAC and plumbing systems for various building types.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering modeling/drafting software. A Bachelor's degree in building services engineering is required, along with relevant professional experience in HVAC and plumbing design.

This position offers a unique opportunity to grow your technical expertise while working on exciting and challenging projects. You will have the chance to collaborate with other engineers to ensure integrated and comprehensive project designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Support: Assist in planning and designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial and industrial facilities.
  • Mechanical Calculations: Perform mechanical calculations for systems such as HVAC, sewage, cold/hot water, and firefighting under the supervision of senior engineers.
  • 3D Modeling: Support the creation and maintenance of 3D BIM models in Revit for MEP systems across various LOD stages.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required in building services engineering.
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design.
  • Software Skills: Knowledge of at least one engineering modeling/drafting software.
