Solution Architect
We're looking for an accomplished IT Solutions Professional to join our Presales Academy Team. As a Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing customized solutions for our clients, leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in solution design, customer relationship building, and team collaboration.
About the Role
You will participate in a structured training program covering Dell Technologies' advanced data center infrastructure, networking, and AI solutions.
You'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge data center solutions and stay up-to-date on industry trends in cloud computing and AI.
You'll develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and crafting bespoke tech solutions.
You'll collaborate with diverse teams to create innovative solutions that tackle real-world challenges.
You'll present with confidence through engaging product demos and presentations.
Your Background
You hold an undergraduate or master's degree in a technical field, earned no more than 36 months before start date.
You possess excellent technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in English and Italian.
You have a proven track record of attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and an innovative mindset with a self-starter approach.
You combine consultative technical design and selling skills with a strong aptitude for technical curiosity.
You are committed to continuous learning and developing technical and consultative capabilities.
