Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounting and Financial Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial management, and analytical skills. They will be responsible for managing and processing specific accounting and operational transactions, ensuring support in statutory reporting, and maintaining Master Data.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Statutory Financial Reporting: Provide support on financial reporting, including the preparation of reports and analysis based on auditor's requests or audit missions.
  • Accounting Operations: Maintain Fixed Assets register (statutory and corporate), prepare NOEM & Capitalization forms, write-offs, and invoices.
  • Operational Support: Participate in annual inventory, maintain physical archive, and create POs, EPAYs, and CBP.
  • Master Data Management: Manage Price Book, Customer Master Data, Cost Centers, and Projects (WBS creation and annual WBS logic).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
