Job Description

We seek an experienced Team Lead/Senior Engineer to join our dynamic project team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our product, building upon an existing Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and guiding teams towards achieving common goals.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing new features and workflows, collaborating with developers, product owners, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality products.

This position requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles, with expertise in Java Backend development, Spring or JEE, and experience with Frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.

A key aspect of this role is overseeing the integration of new modules, championing data-driven decisions, and performing necessary data analysis.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing efficient software components, writing structured documentation, and deciding on component responsibilities.

Additionally, they should be comfortable handling CI/CD systems, having used BDD/TDD, and improving team practices to ensure high-quality output.

Fluency in English is essential for cross-border team communication, and the ability to work in an international team is crucial.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • Expertise with Java Backend development (Spring or JEE)

  • Designing and implementing efficient SQL and NoSQL storage systems
  • Passion for creating performant and reusable software components
  • Coding best practices up your sleeves
