Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Process Quality Engineer.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of production processes, improving performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. They will also link Quality Assurance with Manufacturing processes to ensure that products meet customer requirements and applicable regulations.

This key role involves monitoring and analyzing production processes to identify and remedy non-conformities, implementing and maintaining process control and quality assurance methodologies, and actively participating in performing root cause analyses and establishing corrective and preventive actions (RCA / CAPA). The successful candidate will also be involved in identifying sources of contamination (SOC) and hard-to-reach areas (HTR), collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for the introduction and launch of new products, and supporting internal, customer, or certification audits.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of two years of experience in quality control or process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment, solid knowledge of quality management tools and methodologies, and experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems and in compliance with international standards.

Rigorous analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Additionally, advanced knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is required.
