Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and operating our intelligent cloud-native platform.

You'll work closely with development and product teams to ensure high-quality releases and successful outcomes.

Your role will involve deploying applications, monitoring services, and ensuring overall system availability.

You'll need to understand system limitations and build observability tools to maintain infrastructure reliability.

Configuration and management of EKS/Kubernetes clusters, Docker containers, Java microservices, .NET Core microservices, .NET Framework services, VMs/EC2 instances, MongoDB clusters, ElasticSearch clusters, RabbitMQ, Redis, and related technologies on AWS and GCP are also part of your responsibilities.

You'll configure and integrate 3rd party solutions such as Vercel, Temporal, CircleCI, SupaBase, Auth0, Dagster, various AI API providers, Google Cloud services, Deepgram, Happy Scribe, AudioShake, Langfuse, Elastic, Auphonic, Prisma, Sentry, Mixpanel, Flagsmith, and Tailscale.

Release management and CI/CD pipeline experience using modern solutions like Jenkins, Spinnaker, CircleCI, and Nexus is highly valued.

A strong background in IaC tools including Terraform, Chef, and CloudFormation is also beneficial.

In addition, you'll need to possess strong team player skills with excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with Linux and Windows system administration, shell scripting, networking, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and internals is necessary.

Five or more years of relevant experience in similar roles is required.

You should be capable of independently investigating and solving complex software issues with minimal supervision.

Experience working in an Agile environment is highly desirable.

Familiarity with EKS/Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS represents a significant advantage.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience is required.

This role requires a candidate who can learn new technology stacks while leveraging their deep historical expertise.

Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows is essential.

Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure is beneficial.

Experience with Chef/Ansible/Terraform/CloudFormation or other similar technologies is highly valued.

Experience working with large-scale workflows and distributed processing systems is necessary.
