The role involves ensuring the stability and reliability of our platform by handling incidents and coordinating with vendors when necessary. You will also be accountable for maintaining high availability and performance across the platform, with strong operational SLAs and a focus on proactive monitoring.
In addition to operational support, you will participate in build activities, including designing and implementing optimized client infrastructure solutions, deploying and configuring new physical servers, and managing NSX network flows to ensure secure and efficient traffic routing.
The HF3 platform supports over 1,000 virtual machines and more than 60 physical servers, delivering critical services to a growing base of enterprise clients.
