  • Main Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who will provide top-notch support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer-centric approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of French (C1 level) and English (B2 level) are essential requirements.
