Project Coordinator with English and Romanian

A Recruitment Agency in Bucharest is looking to hire an employee for the position of Coordinator. The main responsibility will be the comprehensive coordination of projects in which the agency is involved.
Responsibilities:
Managing a team of people, including planning and organizing work, setting goals, motivating, developing, and supporting the execution of daily tasks
Ensuring high standards and quality of services provided
Initiating and implementing appropriate solutions to improve team efficiency and work quality
Communicating with clients, identifying their needs, and translating them into specific business solutions
Reporting activities and work results
Our requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
Very good command of the English language, both spoken and written
Knowledge of standards and modern technological solutions in the HR field
Ability to plan and organize own and the team’s work
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to initiate and implement solutions
Independence and a high sense of responsibility for assigned tasks
Proficiency in MS Office
Valid driver's license
