The Business Development Specialist will have the opportunity to play a key role in finding new business partners for the Development Support Services division and implementing the company’s growth strategy. The Quest: Work closely with the Business Development Manager, Chief Revenue Officer and Amber’s Leadership on implementing the company’s growth plans to drive the best possible business outcomes.


Prospect the market and attend industry events as necessary in order to identify new business leads.


Analyze and qualify business opportunities to generate new revenue.


Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and partners.


Present the value proposition of the company's products or services, negotiate agreements, collaborate with operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction.


Send reports / status updates to relevant stakeholders within the company.


Travel to visit clients and attend conferences as required The Skills: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.


A degree from an English-based university is a plus.


1 to 2 years of relevant hands-on sales experience, key contacts in the industry are a plus Mindset of a hunter, who always reaches the right decision maker Previous experience in the video games industry (in any role) is a major advantage.


Good knowledge of the games market.


Organized, analytical thinker, problem-solving attitude.


Ability to synthetize discussions in a concise manner.


Ability to manage expectations appropriately while coordinating and planning in a fast-paced environment where projects span across teams.


Excellent command of the English language.
