The Role Global Event Process Expertise: Be an expert in global event processes and provide guidance to event managers.


Contract Processing: Assist event managers in processing space and sponsorship contracts for third-party events.


Act as a liaison between our Event Agency of Record and the Event Sponsor.


Event Planning Tools: Assist event managers in becoming proficient with Kyndryl-approved planning tools.


Compliance Support: Support event managers with compliance and related documentation, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and policies on gifts and amenities.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with legal, operations, tools/tech and privacy teams.


Trusted Advisor: Be a trusted advisor on the event planning and execution process with know-how of global event processes and tools.


Post-event Follow-up: Understand the post-event follow-up process, including documentation of all proofs, signed amendments, contracts, data privacy checks, etc.


Critical Thinking: Apply critical thinking to simplify and optimize event processes.


Who You Are3+ years of experience in event operations.


Fluency in reading and writing English and Spanish, with Portuguese being an added advantage Strong understanding of event management executive Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.


Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
