RESPONSABILITATI PRINCIPALE:

EMAILURI
- Verifică permanent emailurile primite, centralizează și răspunde solicitărilor sosite pe e-mail către manager in timp util;
- Colaborează permanent cu managerul, coordonatorul de productie, analistul servicii clienți (facturare), asistentul manager etc.

BUGETE/PROFORME/FOLLOW-UP
- Întocmește, centralizează ofertele de preț/ bugetele și realizeaza follow-up pe mail catre manager;

COST CONTROL
- Verifica serviciile prestate versus cele bugetate pentru realizarea cost controlului pentru toate proiecte intrate in laborator, tine evidenta credit note (acolo unde este cazul)

CONTRACTE
- Întocmește, centralizează contractele de vânzare peliculă, contractele de prestări servicii și contractele de sponsorizare și urmărește semnarea lor, le arhivează corespunzator și păstrează evidenta acestora;

ACTIVITATI LOGISTICO-ADMINISTRATIVE CE TIN DE DEPT. BUGETARE
- Emite documente de transport & realizeaza pick pt materialele clientilor
- Completeaza zilnic raport intern de evidenta a comenzilor de productie
