Seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Operations Coordinator to assist clients and partners in choosing insurance products, administer client portfolios, and perform administrative tasks.

We are a leading insurance broker and risk adviser with a diverse team of thought leaders across the globe. Our Bucharest-Floreasca office is currently seeking a talented individual to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients and partners in selecting insurance products
  • Administer client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Process and verify policy documents, and update management systems
  • Handle client inquiries and requests via phone and email
  • Draft and send documents to clients and insurers
  • Prepare reports for clients, including sales and expiry reports
  • Develop and implement new projects, and integrate existing ones
  • Test and implement IT applications for client portfolio management
  • Track installment payments and transfer premiums to carriers

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or similar support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Intermediate level required)
  • Proficiency in Outlook, MS Excel, and Word
  • Graduate of IMA insurance qualification/training course (advantageous)
  • Detailed-oriented and skilled in problem-solving
  • Resourceful and creative thinker
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
