Strategic Sourcing Engineer

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Engineer to develop and implement sourcing strategies that control product cost and lead times, minimize site inventory, and establish beneficial supplier agreements.
This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key suppliers, leading regular metric-based supplier business reviews, and negotiating supplier agreements. The successful candidate will also drive data collection and analysis to measure supply chain efficiency, identify opportunities for cost reduction and supplier quality improvements, and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing and procurement, with experience working with new product development projects and suppliers. They will possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, proficiency in procurement software, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to control product cost and lead times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and procurement
- Experience working with new product development projects and suppliers
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in procurement software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
