Software Architect Role Summary

Lead by example, embodying best practices, quality and the engineering strategic vision. A hands-on product builder who drives tactical plans to implement Product ecosystem strategies. Ensures delivery of goals, considers all arguments, makes right decisions, and delivers a Superior Quality Product Ecosystem in the fastest possible time.

Key Responsibilities
  • In charge of tactical plans to implement Product ecosystem strategies
  • Responsible for the underlying architecture of the Product Ecosystem
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and technical requirements
  • Develop architectural blueprints and technical designs
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential impact
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams
  • Define and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and quality assurance processes
  • Create comprehensive documentation

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English
  • Proven track record of designing scalable and high-performance architectures
  • Experience working with Agile at Scale, Lean and Continuous Delivery approaches
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Technical Skills
  • Extensive experience designing and implementing solutions utilizing Full-Stack technologies
  • Strong experience in Angular, .NET, Less(Sass), gRPC
  • Experience with Unit Testing and Integration Testing
  • Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong experience working with an ORM Framework
  • Experience designing and deploying applications on cloud infrastructure
