Job description

Purpose of the job:
Ensure that all customer-related documents issued by the company are compliant with RO e-Invoice legal requirements, avoiding any potential penalties from tax authority.

Key responsabilities:
Invoice Management Data Analysis
 Daily extraction of data from SAP, Expert Supplier platform and Power Bi report update
 Use Power Bi report to analyse and identify: missing documents, documents in error and documents without ANAF proof of integration (recipisa)
 Take action based on the root cause identified to correct any deviation and ensure compliance with tax authority's SLAs.
 Continuous follow up with involved parties to close all deviations with the required SLAs
 Track and monitor all open incidents
 Prepare and provide weekly status for management purposes Invoices reporting accuracy
 Ensure all free beer orders in scope are invoiced according with the actual delivery date and thus complies with
the tax autority requirements

 Coordinates the inter-departmental monthly closing process, ensuring that all activities related to this process are finalised in a timely manner. In addition to checking open orders/lines, does continuously follow up with all
departments involved in the flow (Local Expeditions, HGSS, etc.), provides appropriate solution if needed, while keeping the process in line with audit requirements regarding segregation of roles and responsibilities between
functions as per the existing Month closing procedure
 If the month closing happens on a day with Bank Holiday, the Customer Service Invoice Management Specialist must fullfil this task according to the Financial Calendar for OpCo activities
 If assigned, performs ICFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting) process in order to ensure that the financial reporting controls (ICFR) are operating effectively.

General responsibilities
 Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationship with all stakeholders and all customers,
ensuring cross-functional alignment.
 Ensures fully compliance with local legislation and company policies (Quality, Safety, Environment, Code of Business Conduct, Performance Management, and any other policies).
 Understands the financial and logistics impact of Customer Service in the organization.
 Ensure the execution of the Accounts Receivables process accurately, according to company policies and
procedures.
 Collaborates with customers and internal stakeholders to streamline the Account Receivable flow and executes related operational tasks following the agreed procedures.
