In rolul de Personal Banker Back-Up (sau pe scurt, PB), vei avea oportunitatea de a lucra in Front Office, in cadrul mai multor sucursale din Bucuresti si din tara. Principalele activitati sunt cele de a oferi suport clientilor care viziteaza sucursala, pentru a realiza operatiunile de care au nevoie, incluzand si operatiuni cu cash. Obiectivul unui coleg care ocupa rolul de Personal Banker Back-Up (Echipa Mobila) este de a oferi o experienta cat mai placuta clientilor, atunci cand au nevoie de suport in realizarea operatiunilor bancare. Pentru a indeplini cu succes acest rol, ar trebui sa iti placa sa interactionezi cu oamenii, sa iti doresti in permanenta sa oferi solutii si raspunsuri celor cu care interactionezi. Salariul de incadrare pentru rolul de Personal Banker Back-up este in intervalul de 7500 lei brut si 10000 lei brut, in functie de experienta profesionala si gradul de potrivire cu cerintele rolului.
CERINTE:
- Absolvent/a studii superioare;
- Mobilitate pe toate sucursalele din Bucuresti, cat si disponibilitate de deplasare in tara;
- Stapanirea procedurilor si fluxurilor operationale;
- Experienta de minimum 2 ani, in domeniu bancar, cu operatiuni cash/noncash.
RESPONSABILITATI:
- Vei oferi clientilor bancii, intr-una dintre sucursale, o consiliere potrivita solicitarilor sale;
- Vei verifica si intocmi documente pentru plati, ︁︀︂︃︃︉︆︆︄incasari si operatiuni la ghiseu ale clientilor;
- De asemenea, vei verifica si intocmi documente pentru acordarea de credite pentru clienții persoane fizice;
- Vei invata, cunoaste si aplica procedurile interne ce au legatura cu produsele bancii, operatiunile bancare, cunoasterea clientelei, prevenirea fraudelor etc;
- Este important sa stii ca vei derula activitati operationale ce includ si cash;
- Asigura back up pentru sucursalele cu deficit de personal pana in momentul completarii schemei sucursalei;
- Asigura training personalului nou angajat in cadrul sucursalei pe produse (carduri, internet banking, depozite,etc.).
