Senior HR Shared Services (HRSS) Specialist - Fluent in Dutch

tewerkgesteld in ons kantoor in Grasbrunn volgens een hybride werkmodel, speel je een centrale rol in het bieden van ondersteuning op senior functieniveau voor geavanceerde en complexe HRSS-kwesties. Jouw expertise zorgt voor operationele uitmuntendheid door het kunnen verwerken van matig complex tot complexe personeelstransacties. Door focus te leggen op een uitstekende service, besluitvorming en voortdurende verbetering draag je bij tot het verbeteren van de algemene werknemerservaring.

Wat je nodig hebt om te slagen

Vaardigheden

* Problemen proactief identificeren en evalueren, de hoofdoorzaken vaststellen en oplossingen ontwikkelen.
* Je bent initiatiefrijk en hebt een zelfstarter-mentaliteit.
* Sterke focus op procesoptimalisatie, standaardisatie en efficiëntie.
* Uitstekende organisatorische, plannings- en tijdmanagementvaardigheden met het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen bij tegenstrijdige eisen.
* Kennis van SAP/SuccessFactors is een pluspunt; goede kennis van Microsoft Office, inclusief Word, Excel en PowerPoint.
* Goede kennis van Engels en Nederlands is vereist; beheersing van andere talen zoals Zweeds en/of Deens is een pluspunt.

Opleiding En Ervaring

* Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior of een aanverwant vakgebied (HR-accreditatie verdient de voorkeur, indien van toepassing).
* Relevante geavanceerde ervaring in HR operations of shared service model/organisatie binnen de EMEA regio, met focus op Nordics & BENELUX subregio.
* Ruime werkervaring en expertise in een HR-omgeving.
* Ervaring met end-to-end employee lifecycle management activiteiten en HR projecten in Nederland.
* Goede kennis van en ervaring met Nederlandse HR Operations processen, lokale portals/eisen en wetgeving.
* Ervaring met andere Nordics + BENELUX landen (Denemarken, Finland, Noorwegen, Zweden, België, Luxemburg) is een plus.
* Ervaring met HR procesoptimalisatie, procesdocumentatie, HR Operations/HR Shared Services best practices en kennismanagement.
* Ervaring met samenwerking met CoE's (benefits, compensation, employee relations, etc.).
* Vloeiende schriftelijke en mondelinge taalvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Engels.

Wat de functie biedt

* Materiedeskundigheid op het gebied van hire-to-retire en CoE-processen, met focus op de subregio Nordics & BENELUX.
* Eerste escalatiepunt vanuit Response en Processing Centers voor het beheren van complexe transacties, processen en vragen.
* Creëren en bijwerken van documentsjablonen, kennisdocumentatie en onderhouden van de HR Kennisbank.
* Samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders en teamleden om de strategie en doelen van HRSS en het Specialist Centre te bereiken.
* Aansturen van operational excellence door middel van initiatieven voor procesoptimalisatie, efficiëntie en kwaliteitsverbetering.
