We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our partner's team

Base Location:
Bucharest, Romania.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and updates the specific documentation of the labor relations management processes from the point of view of internal and external documentation for the company's employees: individual employment contracts, additional documents, decisions, job descriptions, etc.
  • Operates all related changes (hiring, changes, suspensions, terminations) in the computer system and in the Revisal program, correctly and within the legal deadlines
  • Manages the specific documentation for hiring/leaving employees from the company (trial period record/formulation, liquidation note, etc.)
  • Manages personnel files for the company's employees, according to legal provisions and internal procedures
  • Centralizes and manages the situations regarding vacation (annual programming/CO carried out monthly), special events performed by employees or any other documents related to the employees' activity
  • Issue documents for/or requested by employees (certificates etc.)
  • Provides support for the payroll process, including checking attendance, leaves, unexcused absences, unpaid leaves, deductions
  • Participate in special projects within the team
  • Support the recruitment and visa team

Qualifications:

  • Higher education
  • Able to work in English
  • Experience of minimum 6 months and maximum 2 years in the field of human resources
  • Specific knowledge about labor legislation as well as policies and processes in the field of human resources
  • Experience in the payroll field - is an advantage
  • Good skills in using the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Attention to details and a passion for data accuracy
  • Good organization and prioritization skills
  • The ability to solve problems and analyze, critical thinking
  • Ability to work inter-departmentally
  • Process improvement and project management skills
