Always close to the customer 24/7 dedicated support. Our clients include KFC, Pizza Hut, City Grill, Starbucks, Radisson, JW Marriott, Ramada.

For our Hotel Soft Implementation department, we are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
Implement and provide consultation for Bit Soft management and sales software in hotels.
Ensure a smooth handover of clients post-implementation to the support department in an organized and documented manner.
Verify that the support department comprehends all client customizations.
Continuously follow up with the team to ensure completion of processes for addressing requirements.
Guarantee functional implementation solutions and client satisfaction.
Adhere to performance indicators established by the direct manager.
Handle requests and resolve them while upholding internal standards of time, quality, and volume.
Maintain a professional attitude in all internal and external interactions.
Evaluate the quality of feedback from clients and colleagues after interactions.

People management:

assigning tasks and objectives for the team members, managing the team performance, evaluating team's performance, manage onboarding&offboarding of team members, manage training and development, involvement in team members recruitment process , demonstrate a commitment to professional development to support team success.
