The business is a prominent leader in the iGaming sector, known for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence. The role will be focussed on delivering a significant expansion across their studios in Bucharest and Sofia.

Aiming to completely fit out 5 floors of Igaming space, working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver a an exceptioal end product.

As they continue to grow and expand, they are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join the team and oversee crucial renovation, upgrading, and expansion projects.


As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring the successful execution of various projects within the studios.

Your role will be pivotal in managing renovations, upgrading facilities, solving operational issues, implementing new tables, and overseeing set-outs.

They are looking for an energetic, proactive individual with a knack for quick decision-making and a strong background in managing people and construction projects.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of renovation, upgrading, and expansion projects across our Georgia and Armenia studios.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, establish timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
3. Utilize your construction experience to assess project feasibility, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
4. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, optimize project outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency.
5. Act as a proactive problem-solver, addressing issues promptly and implementing solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
6. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
7. Demonstrate a proactive, go-getter attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward with speed and efficiency.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction projects and team management.
3. Proficient in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
5. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within tight deadlines and budget constraints.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
7. Knowledge of the iGaming industry is preferred but not required.
8. Must be based in Bucharest and eligible to work in the country.
