Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to boost market share in Romania.
Identify customer needs and prepare detailed engineering quotations, including datasheets, commercial offers, pump curves, and quality dossiers.
Collaborate with the Head Sales Engineer in Greece and the engineering team to coordinate sales efforts and communicate product benefits to clients.
Implement the sales plan, monitor results against targets, and prepare reports for management review.Monitor and evaluate direct competition to ensure the competitiveness of offers and identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
Perform additional tasks as required.
Professional Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering from a Technological or Polytechnic University.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the pumps industry; work experience in Romania is required.
Technical knowledge of mechanical engineering.Experience with AUTOCAD or similar applications.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
Fluency in Greek and English; knowledge of Romanian is a strong plus.
Holder of EU driver's license.
Core Competencies:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, industry conferences, and trade shows as required.
