For one of our clients, a luxury brand specializing in creative and innovative solutions for space planning and interior detailing, we are looking for a Sales Representative.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our extensive range of furniture products to both residential and commercial customers. Leveraging your expertise in AutoCAD and your proven track record in B2B sales, you will cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry professionals to generate leads and close sales. Additionally, you will provide personalized assistance to walk-in customers visiting our showroom, guiding them through the selection process and offering design advice to meet their specific needs.
Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's client base and achieve revenue targets.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the architecture, design, and construction industries to generate referral business.
Utilize AutoCAD software to create furniture layouts and design proposals for commercial clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of space planning and interior design principles.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our furniture collections, effectively communicating their value proposition to potential clients.
Prepare and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design consultants and logistics personnel, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using our CRM system.

The ideal candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the furniture or interior design industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software with the ability to create furniture layouts and design presentations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge of furniture materials, construction techniques, and industry standards preferred.
