The company offers a comprehensive range of energy efficiency services, including energy audits, technical proposals, feasibility studies, financing solutions, execution, implementation, and monitoring.
Job Description
We are looking for a Business Developer/ Sales Engineer  based in Bucharest.
Primary Mission of the Role: Drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential clients and partners, promoting the company's energy efficiency solutions tailored to meet client needs and objectives.
Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients and business partners to expand the company's market reach.
Represent and advocate the company's energy efficiency solutions and services.
Cultivate and nurture business relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Understand client energy efficiency needs and objectives through consultations.
Tailor commercial proposals and offers based on client specifications.
Facilitate and support the sales team in negotiating and finalizing contracts.
Track and report business development activities and results.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of solutions.
Attend industry-related events and exhibitions to showcase the company's offerings.
Stay informed about energy efficiency industry trends and advancements to offer clients the best solutions.

Ideal Candidate
Education and Experience

Higher education in a technical discipline, preferably Electrical Engineering.
Relevant experience in business development or sales in electrical equipment, low current, automation, or HVAC sectors.
Proven track record in B2B sales to major entities like shopping centers or similar institutions.

Other Requirements

Proficiency in English.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel within Bucharest and throughout the country.
Ability to engage in initial technical discussions with clients to identify energy efficiency needs.
Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, planning, and prioritization skills.
Exceptional teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
