Job Description: Customer Advisor - Dutch 
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor. As a Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our Dutch speaking customers. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact and contribute to our company's success.
Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls for reactivations of customers (with target included) in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Requirements:

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Work from office - Bucharest, Sema Parc,
Flexible working hours - 8 hours plus breakMon-Fri
