Customer Support Specialist with French

Responsabilities:
Contact customers with outstanding payments to reach an agreement for repaying unpaid dues
Telephony service of those customers in arrears.
Perform the management of operations whose first maturity has been returned and other special cases.
Use the online card collection system, processing the payment of the unpaid debt and generate daily files of agenda, collections, and tickets that will be used by the collection teams.
Prepare and control the daily transmission of list of unpaid accounts to third party agencies.
Report daily collections obtained from the accounts of clients managed by agencies and the litigation department.
Preparation of shipments of second collection presentations to customer banks.
Identify, check, analyze and break down daily the charges obtained by credit / debit cards to post in the transaction management system.
Prepare the files to be sent to external collection agencies.
Perform and review the list of operations managed by the collection agencies.
Manage the portfolio of untraceable clients, using different approach (web pages contracted by the company, sending manual letters, telephone management with the client's environment, etc.).
Key Skills:
Fluency in spoken and written French language - Candidate should be able to hold seamless conversations in French over phone and chat with dealers, customers, third party collection agencies and other external parties.
Working knowledge of English language - Candidate should be able to understand conversations in English as part of training modules, and also read emails/documents written in English. Basic fluency in language will suffice.
Previous experience of 1-2 years in role of a collections agent with banking or non-banking financial firms is preferred.
