Professional Opportunity: Marketing Director
Our industry-leading company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Marketing Director to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities:

Development and standardization of graphic material, signage, and brand image within the hotel group: catalogs and graphic material, bar and restaurant menus, merchandising, satisfaction questionnaires, etc.
Identify operational needs in the hotels and develop marketing materials that address them (touching points).


Supervise AdWords and social media activity done by outsourced personnel


Plan and manage marketing budgets


Manage the team of partner external agencies and freelancers
Oversee the creation of all print and digital assets, ensuring they are on-brand and in line with objectives
Manage budgets and track ROI         
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams for the development and launch of new products and services.
Oversee the development of creative marketing materials, including digital content, printed collateral, and advertising campaigns.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Stay abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Native in Romanian, fluent in English.
Experience in hotel sector it’s a plus.
Analytical skills, with the ability to use Google Analytics for reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with social media marketing and content management systems is a plus.
Experience managing marketing activities for a B2C brand.
Budget management experience.
Thorough knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC and social media.
Proven successful experience in a similar marketing leadership role.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytical tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
