We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented VIP Client Manager to join our team at Las Vegas Online.
This essential role involves managing relationships with our most valuable clients and ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience.
Requirements:

Previous experience in managing VIP clients, preferably in the gambling or hospitality industry;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting and valuable relationships;
Deep understanding of the needs and expectations of VIP clients;
Ability to provide personalized and innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction;
Organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Availability to work flexibly, including outside normal working hours, to meet the needs of VIP clients.

Responsibilities:

Managing the VIP client portfolio and developing long-term relationships with them;
Organizing and coordinating exclusive and personalized events for VIP clients;
Monitoring the gaming activities of VIP clients and offering personalized recommendations and bonuses;
Ensuring quick and efficient responses to requests and issues from VIP clients;
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop specific offers for the VIP segment;
Maintaining a detailed understanding of the casino's products and services to provide competent advice and support;
