We are seeking an energetic and methodical CRM Specialist with a strong analytical profile and a passion for the gaming industry.
The role involves active management and implementation of bonus and retention campaigns for the sports betting and casino sections.
 Ideal Candidate:

Strong experience in data analysis and implementing marketing campaigns in a CRM system;
Creativity and the ability to develop innovative strategies for increasing customer retention;
Ability to work autonomously and manage tight deadlines, efficiently prioritizing tasks;
High motivation and a proactive approach, with a strong interest in the gaming industry;
Attention to detail and practical knowledge of CRM tools;
Ability to lead a complex campaign plan from conception to completion;
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilities:

Initiating and planning the roadmap for campaigns across all markets;
Creating and approving campaign briefs with relevant stakeholders;
Daily monitoring of KPIs and player engagement through CRM communications and adjusting campaigns to optimize performance;
Efficient use of all CRM channels and systems to maximize campaign impact;
Precisely targeting customer segments for each promotion using various communication channels;
Testing promotions and ensuring compliance and UX excellence;
Identifying and exploiting opportunities to increase revenue and enhance player experience;
Participating in meetings with internal teams to report on campaign progress and future plans.
