- Who we’re looking for We’re looking for a Sales Hunter — someone who:
• has experience selling services B2B (this one is a must; we will not get in touch otherwise)
• doesn’t wait for leads
• is comfortable with cold calling
• wants to earn money based on results, not just presence 👉 If you enjoy convincing people, handling objections, and closing deals, you’ll fit right in. --
- What you’ll do
- Active prospecting (phone, LinkedIn, on-site visits)
- Identify and contact manufacturing companies
- Set meetings and present our services
- Close new client contracts
- Work closely with recruiters to deliver projects --

What we offer
💰 Base salary + real performance bonuses
- 6000-7000 RON gross base salary (based on experience)
- Bonus per signed client
- Commission from generated business (no artificial cap) 👉 Strong performers can reach 8,000 – 12,000+ net RON/month --
