These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.Senior Engineer IT HR Solutions - SAP HCM (d/m/f)Valencia (VC), Bucharest (Bucharest), Funchal (Madeira), Nové Zámky (Nitra Region) - ams Sensors Portugal, LdaWhat we expectWork independently and with commitment in the area of SAP HCM to understand and implement the requirements of the HR department with a focus on Payroll and Time ManagementBe responsible for 3rd-level support, including ongoing operations such as payroll, time evaluation, incident and problem management, enhancements, and legal changesTake charge of the design and implementation of business processes, as well as the optimization of processes and systemsImplement support packages effectivelyCoordinate the use of external resources within your area of responsibilityWho we are looking forSuccessfully completed studies in economics, (business) informatics, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in the SAP HCM environment will enable you to act as a competent contact for our HR departmentYou have in-depth knowledge and practical experience in the areas of personnel administration (PA), German payroll (PY) including schemes and rules, time management (PT), certification, and organizational management (OM)Ideally, you have good ABAP programming skillsKnowledge of Employee/Manager Self-Services (ESS/MSS) and experience with SuccessFactors is desirableYou have excellent communication skills, a strong customer and solution focus, and good presentation skillsYou have excellent English skills and enjoy working in an international environment, in addition German language skills is an advantageApply nowams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
