We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will lead our marketing and communication efforts, strengthen brand visibility, and support business growth through creative and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for building impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the company's overall marketing strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across all channels (social media, email, website, PPC).
  • Supervise the creation of branded content including posts, newsletters, promotional materials, presentations, and case studies.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new trends and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for campaigns, producing actionable insights and reports.
  • Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations teams to align messaging and support company-wide initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget and coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
  • Oversee the organization and promotion of corporate events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Lead and mentor members of the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in B2B or infrastructure-related industries.
  • Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and content strategies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Basic design knowledge (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage).
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Work schedule:

Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00
