About The Role
As a Head of Employee Engagement you will guide the business in developing and implementing initiatives that foster a positive, engaging, and innovative work environment across all our live casino locations - aligning daily activities and long-term strategies to drive excellence in employee engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate and manage internal activities across the employee journey, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution & impact on retention across the business.
  • Implement tools and processes that monitor and improve employee experience (surveys, focus groups, pulse checks).
  • Maintain feedback loops with employees and report actionable insights to HR and leadership.
  • Translate company values into practical initiatives, events, and communication campaigns.
  • Ensure values are visible in recognition programs, and internal communication.
  • Manage culture-building activities and act as the point of contact for cultural initiatives.
  • Roll out engagement programs, recognition platforms, and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring consistent participation and follow-through.
  • Track engagement metrics, prepare dashboards, and share data with HR leadership for decision-making.
  • Manage calendar of engagement campaigns and monitor participation levels.
  • Support inclusion and belonging initiatives with tangible events, awareness campaigns, and employee resource groups.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications (newsletters, intranet updates, leadership messages).
  • Ensure employees receive clear, timely information about company priorities, events, and changes.
  • Coordinate employee communication channels and maintain consistency of tone and message.
  • Plan and deliver employee events (town halls, celebrations, cultural days, learning sessions).
  • Manage logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships for engagement activities.
  • Execute campaigns that strengthen belonging, pride, and cross-team connection.
  • Work closely with Operations, HR, L&D, and Talent Acquisition teams to integrate engagement activities with other people processes.

What We Ask Of You

  • A minimum of 8 years in Employee Engagement or Employer Branding, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven ability to work with data.
  • Experience in organising and delivering impactful internal events.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Communication
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with practical skills to implement employee experience initiatives.
  • Experience in regulated, high-volume environments (iGaming is advantageous).
  • Excellent skills in cross-functional communication, leadership, and execution.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Passion for creating inclusive, people-oriented workplaces.
