About the Position

As interest in our services continues to grow across the CEE region, we're looking for two new Account Managers to join our team: one for Poland and one for France. In this role, you'll be the trusted partner for merchants from the allocated country—supporting them as they join Unfrosen and helping them get the most out of our platform.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively identify and qualify leads registered on the Unfrosen platform.
  • Own the full account management process, from the onboarding stage to payments and delivery monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Supply and Operations to meet client needs and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly operational KPIs (e.g., new clients onboarded, orders shipped, revenue generated), while maintaining organized records in our CRM.
  • Gather customer feedback to refine Unfrosen's platform and stock offerings.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or account management (ideally in e-commerce, marketplace, or startup settings).
  • Fluent speaker of
    Polish
    or
    French +
    excellent
    English
  • Comfortable working with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Work Schedule

Our general schedule is 9:00–18:00, but you'll have the flexibility to organize your time as long as responsibilities are met. Our office is based at Paul Urechescu no. 10, Bucharest.
