This is a mission-critical role focused on building scalable, efficient, and secure data solutions on Snowflake to support compliance, risk, and enterprise data initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring that data products are trusted, performant, and aligned with governance and reporting requirements.What You'll Do Design and develop scalable data models, pipelines, and transformations using Snowflake and advanced SQL. Build and optimize ELT workflows to support data ingestion, transformation, and delivery. Collaborate with data analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver trusted, high-quality datasets for reporting and analytics. Optimize query performance and manage Snowflake compute/storage resources to ensure cost efficiency. Implement and maintain security, access controls, and data governance policies in the Snowflake environment. Provide technical leadership on Snowflake best practices, architecture patterns, and platform design. Participate in code reviews, peer collaboration, and knowledge sharing to raise team capability. Contribute to standards, documentation, and operational excellence within the data platform.What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform development, with significant hands-on experience in Snowflake. Expertise in Snowflake design and administration, including schema design, performance tuning, and role-based access control. Advanced SQL skills for complex transformations, query optimization, and troubleshooting. Experience integrating Snowflake with upstream data sources and downstream BI/analytics tools. Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and quality frameworks. Familiarity with compliance or regulated data environments is a strong plus. Proficiency with data integration and orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, Informatica) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong problem-solving ability, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Not Checking Every Requirement?
