About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant / SQL Developer to join the ERP technical

team, working on implementation and post-implementation projects. You will be

responsible for designing and optimizing SQL solutions, translating business

requirements into efficient database structures, and ensuring seamless integration of

ERP functionalities. This role also involves mentoring junior developers and contributing

to performance optimizations for client solutions.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement SQL Server solutions based on business analysis.

- Translate business logic into optimized SQL code for ERP functionalities.

- Work closely with developers and business analysts to enhance product

performance.

- Test internal software builds and assist with installations and configurations

for clients.

- Perform data imports, exports, and stored procedure optimizations.

Manage and configure client SQL Server databases and troubleshoot technical

issues.

- Document SQL code and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

- Participate in performance audits and optimization initiatives for installed

solutions.

- Work with technologies such as SQL Server, T-SQL, and occasionally C#, XML,

JSON, PowerShell, Python.

Required Skillset

- Strong expertise in SQL Server and Transact-SQL (T-SQL).

- Experience in ERP, HCM, or financial services systems is a plus.

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to optimize database performance.

-Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English.
