Your mission
As a Digital Domain Leader, you are responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the digital roadmap within a business domain (e.g. Supply Chain), in alignment with the company's IT strategy and business priorities.
You will lead and support a team of IT Product Owners, ensuring their activities:
adhere to the global digital strategy defined by the CIO,
address the priorities and needs defined by the business leader of the domain (e.g. Supply Chain Director),
and follow group-wide policies, governance, and product management best practices.
You will act as a facilitator and enabler, ensuring consistency, operational performance, and value delivery across digital products, while fostering a strong product culture in your domain.
What you will do
Ensure roadmap execution and alignment
Translate business priorities into a cohesive digital product roadmap for the domain.
Align this roadmap with IT strategy, architectural guidelines, cybersecurity, and compliance policies.
Coordinate planning and prioritization across the domain's product teams to ensure consistency and impact.
Represent the IT function in business steering committees and foster strong collaboration with all stakeholders.
Lead and develop the Product Owner team
Manage and coach a team of Product Owners, ensuring clarity of roles, objectives, and priorities
Support their development in product management capabilities, agile practices, stakeholder management, and delivery performance
Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and with other stakeholders
Drive operational performance and delivery governance
Oversee the execution of product backlogs and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, with the expected quality and value
Monitor key performance indicators (support quality, delivery efficiency, backlog health, budget tracking, etc.)
Identify cross-product dependencies and proactively manage risks, escalations, and constraints
Support Product Owners and delivery teams in overcoming delivery challenges and aligning technical decisions with enterprise standards
Act as a connector across teams and stakeholders
Facilitate regular alignment between Product Owners, business leads, architecture, support, and infrastructure teams
Ensure transparency on priorities, delivery status, and risks through appropriate rituals and reporting
Contribute to communities of practice, promote knowledge sharing and alignment with other domains when relevant
What we expect from you
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product management or IT delivery, including experience managing Product Owners or leading complex product teams
Solid understanding of delivery best practices and portfolio management
Good experience in digital transformation, ideally within the retail industry
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Good experience with JIRA/Confluence/Asana
Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Experience working in international or matrix organizations is a strong advantage
