Căutăm un Marketing & Events Specialist pasionat de comunicare, evenimente și industriile creative. Vei face parte dintr-o echipă dinamică și vei lucra direct la proiecte care îmbină designul, arta și business-ul. Responsabilități principale

  • Gestionează și actualizează conținutul pe canalele de social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok);
  • Planifică, implementează și monitorizează campanii de marketing digital;
  • Creează conținut vizual și text (Canva, AI tools, materiale grafice, invitații, flyere, prezentări);
  • Redactează articole pentru blog și comunicate de presă;
  • Coordonează activitățile de e-mail marketing (Mailchimp sau alte platforme similare);
  • Actualizează și optimizează conținutul de pe site-uri (WordPress, e-commerce);
  • Administrează și menține datele și activitățile în CRM-ul intern;
  • Se implica in organizarea de evenimente interne sau ale clientilor nostri.
  • Colaborează cu parteneri, furnizori și echipa de vanzari pentru implementarea proiectelor;
  • Participă activ la dezvoltarea strategiilor de marketing și comunicare pentru brandurile grupului.

Profilul candidatului

  • Pasiune pentru marketing, evenimente, lifestyle, artă și design interior;
  • Studii superioare finalizate (preferabil în Marketing, Comunicare sau domenii conexe);
  • Cunoștințe de bază în digital marketing, SEO și Web Analytics;
  • Experiență în utilizarea platformelor de social media și tool-uri de grafică (Canva, Adobe Express etc.);
  • Familiaritate cu platforme de e-mail marketing (ex: Mailchimp);
  • Cunoștințe de lucru cu WordPress și CRM-uri – avantaj;
  • Abilități excelente de comunicare și organizare;
  • Spirit de echipă și atenție la detalii;
  • Limba engleză – nivel mediu spre avansat;
  • Disponibilitate de a participa la evenimente și activități conexe.
  • Indeplinirea obiectivelor de vanzari
