We are seeking a talented and motivated
DevOps Engineer
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing our continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline, optimizing system performance, monitoring, and maintaining various development tools.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline our development processes and enhance our overall software delivery capabilities.

What you will do:

  1. CI/CD Pipeline Management:

  2. Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

  3. Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD process to ensure code quality.

  4. System Monitoring and Optimization:

  5. Set up new tools and applications as needed in the development and/or business process.

  6. Configure existing tools according with business needs.

  7. Security and Compliance:

  8. Implement security best practices throughout the development and deployment processes.

  9. Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  10. Collaboration and Communication:

  11. Work closely with development and operations teams to understand project requirements and provide DevOps support.

  12. Facilitate communication between teams to improve collaboration and streamline processes.

  13. Troubleshooting and Incident Response:

  14. Respond to and resolve system issues and incidents promptly.

  15. Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring issues.

  16. Responsible for overseeing RPA bot activities, ensuring reliability and optimal performance across production environments.

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Ruby)
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is considered a plus
  • Experience in administering and configuring Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, JSM) is considered a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
