Echipa dedicată de Data, Analytics & AI contribuie la transformarea organizației într-una bazată pe date, gestionând proiecte strategice de analytics, data governance și raportare.


Despre rol 

Căutăm un Data Analyst cu experiență medie, capabil să colaboreze eficient cu stakeholderii din business, să transforme cerințele în specificații funcționale și să contribuie activ la definirea și testarea soluțiilor de date. Rolul implică înțelegerea proceselor bancare, modelarea logică a datelor și documentarea completă a soluțiilor.

Responsabilitati:

  • Colectarea cerințelor de business și traducerea lor în specificații tehnice.
  • Analiza și documentarea fluxurilor de date și a proceselor existente.
  • Propunerea de soluții BI/analitice aliniate cu arhitectura sistemelor.
  • Definirea criteriilor de acceptanță și a strategiei de testare.
  • Colaborarea cu echipele de dezvoltare ETL și validarea livrabilelor.

Abilitati si cunostinte:

  • Studii superioare în IT, matematică, economie sau domenii conexe.
  • Cunoștințe de bază despre produse și procese bancare.
  • Experiență în modelare și analiză de date (Data Warehouse, Data Lake).
  • Cunoștințe solide de SQL (ideal Oracle SQL, min. 1 an experiență practică).
  • Familiaritate cu metodologii agile (Scrum) – constituie un avantaj.
  • Abilități de comunicare și lucru în echipă, atitudine proactivă
