Product Owner
to design, optimize, and grow innovative lending solutions that put customers first.

What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, and optimize
    customer journeys
  • Define the product's
    vision and strategy
    across its lifecycle, anticipating market needs and building new features
  • Drive the
    annual roadmap
    , ensuring alignment with the Bank's strategy
  • Manage key stakeholders (POs, Legal, Ops, Finance, Compliance, Customer Care, external vendors, etc.)
  • Translate client needs into clear
    IT requirements
    , bridging business and technology
  • Monitor product & process
    performance, sales, segments, and P&L
  • Continuously improve based on
    user feedback, regulatory requirements, and policies
  • Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Own the
    product backlog
    and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements

What you bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience in
    digital lending products
    , business analysis, or lending operations
  • Affinity with
    IT systems
    and solid understanding of architectures & solutions
  • Strong
    analytical skills
    with a fact-based approach to decision making
  • Hands-on experience with
    Agile/Scrum
    methodologies
  • Familiarity with
    digital lending platforms, APIs, and credit scoring models
  • Structured, adaptable, and proactive mindset
  • A true
    "can do" mentality
    and willingness to go the extra mile
