Calificari:

  • Peste 2 ani de experienta in suport IT sau intr-un rol similar.
  • Cunostinte solide de sisteme de operare Windows si macOS, precum si de software-ul utilizat frecvent in birouri (Microsoft Office etc.).
  • Experienta in fundamentele retelelor (DNS, DHCP, configurare IP etc.).
  • Familiarizat cu sisteme de tichete precum ServiceNow, JIRA sau Zendesk.
  • Intelegere de baza a practicilor de securitate IT, inclusiv antivirus, firewall-uri si protectia datelor.
  • Abilitati excelente de rezolvare a problemelor si capacitatea de a lucra independent.
  • Abilitati de comunicare puternice pentru a explica concepte tehnice utilizatorilor netehnici.

Responsabilitati:

  • Ofera suport de nivel 1 pentru toate intrebarile si problemele tehnice, inclusiv pentru desktop-uri, laptop-uri, imprimante, telefoane si alte dispozitive periferice.
  • Diagnosticarea si rezolvarea problemelor legate de hardware, software si retea intr-un timp oportun.
  • Instalarea, configurarea si intretinerea echipamentelor IT, cum ar fi statii de lucru, monitoare, imprimante si dispozitive mobile.
  • Raspunde la tichetele de suport prin telefon, e-mail sau personal, asigurandu-se ca problemele sunt documentate corect si rezolvate in sistemul de tichete.
  • Colaboreaza cu alti membri ai echipei IT pentru escaladarea si rezolvarea problemelor complexe.
  • Efectueaza intretinerea regulata a sistemelor si actualizari, inclusiv patch-uri software si upgrade-uri de sistem.
  • Configurarea conturilor noi de utilizatori si statiilor de lucru, inclusiv configurarea e-mailurilor si a retelelor.
  • Asista la proiecte IT precum migrarea sistemelor, upgrade-uri sau relocari de birouri.
  • Mentine evidenta corecta a inventarului hardware, reparatiilor si actualizarilor.
  • Ofera instruire si suport utilizatorilor finali pentru noi sisteme sau aplicatii software.
  • Asigura conformitatea cu politicile si procedurile IT ale companiei pentru mentinerea securitatii si respectarea normelor.
