About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven, people-focused
Commercial Manager
to lead our acquisition team, drive performance, and shape commercial strategy.

What You'll Do

Lead and support
a team of 4–5 buyers, driving commercial performance.

Manage daily operations
and acquisition activities with a hands-on, strategic approach.

Coach, evaluate, and develop
team members to reach their full potential.

Track KPIs and results
, analyze performance, and report to senior management.

Shape strategy
and propose action plans to achieve objectives and exceed targets.

Collaborate cross-functionally
with buying, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver results.
