We are looking for an Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Romanian team on a 1-year contract. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products by designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and cases. While we aim to automate 50–60% of our testing, manual testing will remain an essential part of the role, especially for exploratory and edge-case scenarios.

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Identify, isolate, and document defects clearly and concisely
• Triage bugs in line with strategic business priorities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Analyse test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams
• Mentor and support other QA team members
• Evaluate requirements to determine automation opportunities
• Build and maintain robust automation frameworks
• Perform manual testing where automation is not feasible or effective

• Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch using modern tools (TypeScript/JavaScript with Playwright or Selenium, REST)
• Familiarity with testing libraries such as JUnit, NUnit, FluentAssertions
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tooling
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to document and relay information clearly and confidently
